How to retrieve a code from Nintendo eShop:
Requirement: To retrieve a code, you must first have a Nintendo account.
If you already have a Nintendo Account, follow the steps below to retrieve your code:

Log in using the Nintendo account email and password that you want to use for retrieving the code you obtained. Before retrieving the code, make sure you are actually logged into the account where you wish to perform the retrieval;
Enter the download code and select the option “Next”; Informe novamente a senha e selecione “Resgatar” para concluir o processo;
Finally, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address associated with your Nintendo account.
